The Story:Vivan Malhotra, played by Himesh Reshammiya, is a radio personality who has a rocky personal life. He divorces his wife Pooja, played by Sonal Seghal. Pooja felt that the couple were not meant to be together, but they decide to end on terms of friendship.

Vivan goes on to live his humdrum life still confused about his situation with Pooja. Vivan meets Shanaya, portrayed by Shenaz Treasurywala, and the two have a very rough first meeting. After a few more meetings, Vivan grows to like the company of Shanaya as she brightens his days. Their friendship blossoms making Vivan’s ex Pooja quite jealous.

The story then becomes quite confusing as Vivan is mistaken as Shanaya’s boyfriend in the eyes of her parents. Then the two get involved in a radio show in which Shanaya acts as Vivan’s lover.

What Worked:

The story, though not an impressive one, has a few moments at which the insight into relationships is quite deep. With the emotion trying to be portrayed through the dialougue, we are impressed with a new, deeper insight into love.

What Didn’t:

Let’s start with the story; the cliche plot is made unbearable as the story confuses everyone. On top of this, the director fails in portraying the shallow plot. Instead of a movie, this film felt like a story listening session as everything is narrated.

The Soundtrack:

The soundtrack is one for all Himesh Reshammiya fans. His voice and beats are back and on par.

Slated or Rated:

This movie is confusing, lacked acting ability, and is one we do not recommend.
