Ijaz Butt
KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Ijaz Butt took a U-turn hours after imposing lifetime ban on former captains Younus Khan and Muhammad Yousuf and said that the duo was not banned for life and they can be considered anytime for selection.
Earlier, PCB chose to implement the recommendations of an inquiry committee to also hand out 12-month bans to Shoaib Malik and Rana Naved and fine Shahid Afridi and wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal three million rupees ($35,000) and Umar Akmal two million ($24,000).
“Mohammed Yousuf and Younus Khan… attitude has a trickledown effect which is a bad influence for the whole team (and they) should not be part of (the) national team in any format,” the PCB said in a statement on Wednesday.

A New Zealand woman has solved the mystery of what gift to get for the person who has everything.
But she’s raised a whole lot of other questions in the process.
Avie Woodbury claimed she was so tired of being haunted that she called in an exorcist to rid her house of two ghosts.
The exorcist trapped the spirits in bottles of holy water – which Ms Woodbury has now put up for sale on internet auction site TradeMe.
‘The holy water dulls the spirits’ energy, sort of puts them to sleep’ she said.
Ghostbusted: The two spooks were allegedly trapped inside these two bottles of suspiciously blue Holy Water
Ms Woodbury added: ‘We have had no activity since they were bottled on July 15th 2009 . So I believe they are in the bottles.’
Bids on TradeMe have already shot as high as NZD$2,000 (£923).

Ali Azmat
Ali Azmat – the Most Popular Rock star of Pakistan – has also sung another jingle for a telecommunication company UFONE. Ali Azmat is not seen these days on TV with his rocking voice, most probably because he is more busy for a “Social Revolution project” called Wake Up Pakistan.
This new jingle has complete rocking feel, though Ali Azmat is missing in the ad, but his fans would really love to listen his voice in the Jingle.
